Pet Policy
Our Community Welcomes Pets! Pet Deposit of $500 for the 1st pet and an additional $300 pet deposit for a secondary pet. Monthly pet rent is $55. Maximum of 2 pets allowed per unit, with breed and weight restrictions: Max weight is 40 lb. per pet and no aggressive breeds will be allowed. All pets must be registered with management office. We require most recent vet records, and photo of the pet(s).
